We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

• Orders $50+: Free worldwide shipping | Delivery within 7-14 business days
• Orders under $50: Standard shipping rates apply | Calculated at checkout

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs office.

Shipping Delays While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, 5TONE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend using a secure delivery address.
